If you can read this message in your own work space, you have 
successfully executed the DDN File Transfer protocol (FTP).

To gain some further practice with FTP, might we suggest that you
again make an FTP connection to host NIC.DDN.MIL (host address:
192.112.36.5), log in with Username="anonymous" and Password="guest",
and pull over the following file:

    netinfo:nug.doc          The DDN New User Guide

This file is long (about 62 pages), and in retrieving it you will have
an opportunity to see how quickly even a long file can be obtained via
FTP.  Once you have transferred the file to your own work space, you
can refer to it online.  The contents of this file will be very useful
for learning how to use the DDN.

If you do not want to store this file in your own work space, and you
have access to a printer, you may want to print the file out on the
printer for ready reference, and then delete the file out of your
online work space.  The beauty of the network is that you can easily
FTP another copy from the NIC any time.
